Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will ship to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
  •  Overnight shipment on items that are not in stock and need to be ordered, will not ship out the following day the order is made.  It will be shipped overnight once all the items have been received to our warehouse. Overnight deliveries will be delivered the next business day if the shipment falls on a weekend. 
  • Customer is responsible for shipment cost if package was attempted to be delivered and returned back to warehouse. 
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • Please check that the correct side (left or right) is being ordered. We are not responsible if the wrong side is ordered and shipped.  You will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.  Click on the product details for more information and see positions detail to review the side you are ordering. 
  • Please inspect parts of any damage at the time of delivery of the items.  A claim would have to be processed through extended for damaged items. visit Extend.com 24/7, or call (877) 248-7707 to file a claim directly with Extend. Extend issues a gift card to easily replace the item, immediately after processing the approval. 
  • Damaged and lost items are claimed through Extend only.  We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages, Extend will process the claim.
  • Items that do not fall under extended for damage would need to be reviewed first. Please contact us via email.   If parts have been installed, show signs of installation or parts of a kit have been installed, you cannot file a claim through BuySubaruPartsOnline. This will void all options for a claim to be processed for a replacement part to be shipped.
