Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns. Please do not send back parts if there is not a RA# for the return. 
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Please check that the correct side (left or right) is being ordered. We are not responsible if the wrong side is ordered and shipped.  You will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.  Click on the product details for more information and see positions detail to review the side you are ordering. 
  • We are not responsible if the incorrect item was purchased and no VIN was provided at the time of purchase. A VIN# ensures accuracy. We will contact you via email if the item that was chosen does not match the VIN of your vehicle.  At time of purchase, you can choose to verify the part with the VIN and supply the VIN.  If you choose option not to supply the VIN we will ship out the part that was chosen by the customer. 
  • Customer is responsible for cost of return shipment 
  • Please inspect parts of any damage at the time of delivery of the items.  A claim would have to be processed through extended for damaged or lost  items.
  • Items that do not fall under extended for damage would need to be reviewed first. Please contact us via email.   If parts have been installed, show signs of installation or parts of a kit have been installed, you cannot file a claim through BuySubaruPartsOnline. This will void all options for a claim to be processed for a replacement part to be shipped.


Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
  • Once the part has been shipped and no longer in our possession the return policy would need to be followed.
